What do the captions of the first 4 swimming trials say? I can read the grades and the kicking techniques, but there's other text overlapping the middle bits.
it's not a caption, it's an edition error :-( it seems the text of the last drill ("Lineas 4-2-4") effect timming is wrong, and appears during the full length of that section Need to pay more attention next time!
the right text (in english) is: Grade 2 - Freestyle kick Grade 2 - Dolphin kick Grade 1 - Freestyle kick Grade 1 - Dolphin kick 4-2-4 lines the times, well the swimmer was not happy with them, so might do them again in the future, if we find a better way to organize it!

25 meters, I am pretty sure they were there at some point, but given the mistake, maybe the just got lost too!
