2:16 There is a fuzzy guard option select in VF5FS (and by extension in R.E.V.O.) If you enter an attack with execution up to 15 frames right after a fuzzy it will come out only if your opponent tries to throw you, blocking a mid cancels an attack. Goh's 46p is the only viable option to use here since it is fast enough and launces a combo. Finding the input window so the crouchdash doesn't eat the '4' might prove tricky but it's useful enough to try.
4:16 One reason against using 41236pg is that it might screw up your positioning while closer to the ring edges. Other than that it pays to abuse half-circle throws, a really sound advice.
Pun intended, let's GOH! I've recently picked him as a nice alternate/sub next to Jeffry and I've been having fun breaking arms. This guide is very timely!
@Blessy how do you feel about Goh @ Tournament level, ive picked him up as my first vf main, but i just feel he struggles really hard against pressure from characters like Lei Fei Eileen and others with good pressure strings. It seems like a lot of his moves have epic wind up where i just get CH put of it. He seems to also be in this weird space where he is given a lot of attention, and lots of people seem to like him, but he isn't actually played, just a secondary. Love your guides thank you
Goh is very strong at tournament level, the whole cast is viable in tournament. I think that he does quite well against Lei Fei and Eileen due to his sabaki options. The reason people usually struggle is because they're unfamiliar with the match ups. Goh has a very fast launcher in 46P. If you're getting caught doing things likle 4P+K, you need to enforce Nitaku and make your opponent guess. If you'e throwing out big launchers in neutral, you're going to get CH. Hope that helps!
Tapping G to clear the input buffer is a trick I wish I knew during the beta. Looking forward to getting back into the full game now I know about it.
This is awesome. Subscribed. A ton of us are fleeing from T8 to learn VF5 Revo so keep making these videos. Super helpful.

Very good and informative video. I'm new to VF5 and match analysis videos are also fun to watch.

Do you have a video on Brad?
I'm not a Brad player I'm afraid. Good written guides for him on Virtuafighter.com
Can we see you play ranked?
I will be streaming more over on Twitch, but historically I don't play a tonne of ranked
