Ruger SR 1911 Front Sight FAIL

Description : Follow-up - Monday received an e-mail Ruger says I can either mail it to them or they could send me the front sight replacement. I opted to have them mail me the sight. Pretty quick
Ruger SR 1911 Sight "FAIL". The front sight simply snapped off while in the process of shooting. Oh the Winchester white box hollow points 230 gr. cycled without a problem in my gun and the Ruger SR 1911 rental gun.
