Unless it was an item that got added when I was super burned out and just don't recognize, it seems like a "yes" about being able to make drinks. Edit: it shows up when they show off the storage shed, but it's definitely a pink drink in a margarita glass with a blue straw.

I think the different fruit trees may be a very realistic possibility because of kapp’n and the new islands, because before in new leaf we could get new fruit from tortimers island :)

I would love a create your own villager DLC, like pick from custom presets for different animals/body types/fur type/colors/markings and pick their personality and hidden interests such as singing or reading. That would be AMAZING
I think we may get some small DLC because we forget Nintendo want to make money........buy Happy Home Paradise and then, and only then you can use the new design features on your own island
I think we will definitely be getting small free updates in the future, especially with all the new content there will probably be bug fixes but I also think they will continue with the small seasonal/holiday updates. I could also totally see them coming out with a small dlc for like $5 to get a huge backload of furniture from older games or from pocket camp cause I don’t think we will be getting all of them even if we do get a bunch of old sets. I could totally see us getting strawberries and other berries with the farming. We got bushes with acnh and if they wanted to introduce new fruits I think that little berry bushes in a farming update would make sense. I feel like changing the cliff color could be a real possibility but I think to change it we are gonna have to rebuild every cliff as it is a construction setting. Also I know a lot of people are worried we aren’t getting all of the quality of life updates we asked but I’m sure we are going to get them. In the video clips of the dlc we can see them building things very quickly and even though this is a different section of the game I think it shows that they are thinking of these things and I think some those changes are going to be available on our island possibile in the “pro construction” pack.
I wouldn't mind of there was or it there wasn't more paid dlc as we have sm content in the game after this update. I am wondering how kappns islands will work. will we be able to get different diys from the islands like the seasonal ones corresponding to the different islands? I saw some items that looked like they could be made from the vines and glowing weeds🤔

I think we will continue to get new seasonal items. But nothing big. If there's another DLC I think it will be 9-12 months in the future...I think the cliff builder tool will have a colour variation?
