This dialogue is not very unique, similar to the phrases of other NPCs, but it differs in that Shane is not just worried, he is clearly offended that you are putting yourself at risk. I think it was worth considering, rather than writing "you can come back another time to finish what you wanted." (Sorry if this is written strangely, I use Google Translator)

This mod really shows a nice way to look at Dr Harvey's medical practice. Charging the 1000$ even when married makes it seem like he is literally just charging for the supplies used in your recovery as they will need to be replenished for the next person who needs help.
