I think it's really interesting that Elster and Adler being foils of each other both have promises and someone they love they'd do anything for....or rather; Elster will. Adler is afraid to cross the threshold. He's programmed to love and Elsters love evolves to be natural.
Chadler could have pulled any of the other replikas but he had to set his mind on the 8ft tall built like a space marine dom god mommy, that’s pretty based
I know the Replika Gen number system isn't THAT clear cut esp with the higher numbers, but I wonder if Adler was originally meant to support Gestalt staff before Gen 6 BR units were created. I do recall how they apparently "do get along with their own" in the bio... what? other Adler units or Reps?
In the fake ending Adler said "I have been here so many time but I have never returned" But then he actually returned to Falke then came back for round 2 So is whatever after fake ending a brand new part of the loop?
Call me crazy, but I think when he is stabbed by Isa in a normal cycle Isa actually stabs him in the chest as opposed to the eye. This results in Adler sitting at the gate bleeding out with a knife in his heart knowing that he will probably bleed out and die the second it is removed. You'd need to watch the scene between Isa and Adler at the edge of the pit to Nowhere to be sure, but I think he can actually be seen taking and extra half step back when he catches Isa out of the corner of his eye coming up to stab him. This single half step results in Adler being eligible for a career as a pirate and a new variation in the cycle that brings everything one step closer to the Finality loop.
Starting with 6 seconds of butchering the German language. You are a bold one
honestly thought it was English in a weird accent lmfao

I feel quite bad for Adler's situation. He is effectively a character foil for Elster's character.
"You still foolishly consider yourself an entity separate from the whole... I know better. And I. Will. Show you."
"More ashes. More dust. More _disappointment."_
"Remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer"

I think he was programmed that way.

@@sandwichguy7315 Nah, some of us prefer busty shortstacks.
The only problem is, every other replika there is lesbian.
im not even German but holy mother of christ...
Uh huh "helping" their commander I honestly don't want to know

"They do not mix well with their own type" according to the doc. 1 Adlr is enough. 2 Adlr is a disaster
Adler and the liv8ng arar unit is great insight into how replikas think they are and how they are different from gestalts
You know since adler is the main reason why everything happens in the game I find it strange why we don't fight him as the final boss
It’s cut sadly

Yes, I commonly refer to it as the Finality Loop
