    Ingredients
    Peach, 3 Medium (21.16oz, 600g)
    Molina, Mexican Vanilla Blend, 1 Teaspoon
    Allulose, 45 Grams (1.59oz, 45g)
    Orange juice, fresh, 40 Grams (1.41oz, 40g)
    Lemon juice, 16 Grams (0.56oz, 16g)
    Cinnamon,1⁄2 Teaspoon (0.05oz, 1.3g)
    Salted, Sweet Cream Butter, 8 Tablespoons (3.95oz, 112g)
    Keto Wheat Flour Blend, 5⁄8 Cup (2.65oz, 75g)
    Almond Flour, Blanched,1⁄4 Cup (0.71oz, 20g)
    Golden Omega Flaxseed, 5 Grams (0.18oz, 5g)
    Egg, 1 Large (1.18oz, 33.4g)
    Truvia, a Calorie-Free Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf, 15 Grams (0.53oz, 15g)
    Baking powder, 5 Grams (0.18oz, 5g)
    Almond Breeze, Unsweetened Almond Milk, 3⁄4 Cup
    Nutmeg,1⁄8 Teaspoon (0.01oz, 0.3g)
    Truvia, a Calorie-Free Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf, 15 Grams (0.53oz, 15g)
    Ginger, 2 Grams (0.07oz, 2g)
    Guar gum, 1-2 grams
    Instructions
    If using fresh peaches make an x at the bottom of each peach. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil then add peaches. Boil until the peach skin is peelable.
    Once peaches or cool peel and section into slices. Frozen peaches can be used as well.
    Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Melt butter in a pot then Pour melted butter into a 9 x 9 inch pan or baking dish.
    TIP: A smaller pan will take much longer to bake. Prefer baking pans or baking dishes that are wide rather than deep.
    In a medium bowl, combine keto wheat flour, almond flour, flaxseed, Truvia, baking powder, nutmeg, milk, egg, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth. Spoon the flour mixture evenly
    into the melted butter, but do NOT stir!
    Add peeled peaches, orange, and lemon
    juice to the same butter pot then sprinkle allulose, cinnamon, and guar gum mixture
    on top. Add in the vanilla as well. Cover with a lid. Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium
    heat until the sweetener has dissolved and the peaches have thickened.
    Distribute the peaches in between the spoonfuls of dough. Again, do NOT stir! Mix the 10 grams of Truvia with 1 gram of ginger or cinnamon and sprinkle the sugar mixture
    evenly on top of the peaches. Do NOT stir!
    Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until it sets on top. Enjoy! This is for a regular oven.
    *Time may be shorter depending on the heat of the oven
    Air Fryer 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
    Let cool and enjoy warm.
    Note: This can be done with
    chayotes, blueberries, strawberries, or whatever your favorite fruit is.
    To make a non-low-carb version just use 100 grams of cake flour or all-purpose flour.
