I can not understand why "Blacks" need specific treatment for "Blacks". Are "Blacks" so different from everyone else? Do "Blacks" want different things than everyone else? Why do "Blacks" keep looking to the politicians to give them whatever it is that they want, when the problems of "Blacks" is right there in front of them?
