I was there 1964-70 - interesting times. Not over-disciplined. Several 'teachers' clearly in wrong profession ie Clarke Jnr who preferred readinghis Guardian to actually speaking much to the kids in class. Some psychotic. But some good ones too. Excellent and gentle David ? Tyldesley who knew how to interest kids in English without over-disciplining. Likewise, temporary teachers Guinan and John McDonald - both inspirational. Thoroughly nice old guys like Hornby in Metalwork. Art teachers who let you get on with doing what you wanted. Great memories of school friends who gave each other great comic moments.
I was there 1991 starter not long after got moved to thornleigh as school was closed down ..alot of memory's and pieczonka Henderson Fletcher I was looking for Bod (Mr Williamson) lol PE teacher wish I could reverse time :(
Hope you don't take offense to this, but my main memories of him are that he made us constantly read the same pages of the "Tricolor" textbook, and that he regularly referred to himself as "Mr H. H. H. HANAVAN you prize Noddy"! Gives me funny memories to look back on.

I had an art teacher who let you get on with what you wanted, but he also was a great teacher. Mr. Fletcher.
