050 Pet the birds tail Ward Off Right Pulldown Press Push Single Whip

    Pet the Bird's Tail:
    Start: Right walking stance to back right corner, right hand palm up at shoulder height, left hand palm down at left thigh
    1: Balance into Right Foot
    2: Hands make a circle, right hand on top
    3: Left Foot steps in, steps straight back and turns to the front
    4: Shift forward into Left foot
    5: Turn to the front
    6: Switch the hands, left hand in front of chest, right hand by thigh
    7: Pivot back foot to walking stance
    Ward Off with Right Hand
    1) Balance into the left foot
    2) Right hand moves down to center as left hand comes to chest making a circle
    3) Right foot steps in and then out to the right
    4) Shift into right foot as right hand sweeps up
    5) Turn to the right a little bit pass center
    6) Right hand ends up in front of right shoulder, left hand close to right elbow
    Pulldown, Press and Push
    1) Pull down into the left foot by folding the left leg as turn body to left
    2) Hands push straight down on the left side
    3) Right arm comes up in front of chest parallel to floor as left hand circles to right forearm
    4) Shift into right foot as turn back to the center, arms pressing forward
    5) Arms open outward and pull down into back foot by folding the leg
    6) Hands pull inward to the chest
    7) Shift forward into front foot as hands push forward
    Single Whip
    1) Shift into left foot and turn to the right as far as comfortable
    2) Sweep the hands to right at chest height as right foot turns into pigeon toe stance
    3) Shift into right foot as right hand makes a crane beck and pulls in to breast bone
    4) Left hand sweeps down to belly
    5) Raise the left knee to cat stance, right hand drops downward slightly
    6) Turn to front as right hand raises in crane strike
    7) Left foot steps to the left as left hand raises to chest
    8) Shift into left foot as turn to the left
    9) Left hand pushes out in front of chest, right hand comes along with right shoulder and releases the crane beak at any point
