- Poonsap Market in Pathum Thani is awesome fun. Don't go in the middle of the day if it's a million degrees!

You should definitely for sure get that 4valve head units.
There's can only so much power the 2valve can made, and you already almost into the limit of it's capabilities
Great find! I'll certainly have to make a swing by past there :)
Ride your bike in stock, ride it out looking any way you like!
Mega vid I'm going to go shopping for my UK honda out there.
Thats a wicked idea!
So insane what's available!
Yeah man, ride in with the right model and it could come out looking like an entirely different bike.
What a great market. 👍 I don't know how you didn't just stuff a suitcase full of random shiny things, stickers and unnecessary sparkly bits!
Haha that comes down to years of experience. I’ve done that every other trip. This one was more basic.
My old hood! when I was a PhD student I lived right across form here
Your Thailand story is awesome my friend. And only a tiny bit was covered in the Thairish Times interview: th-cam.com/video/OUZRucYH3dI/w-d-xo.html
Everyone watch that ^!
@@SmallBikeStuff 🙏🙏🙏 Just a regular dude making the most of the opportunities I get.
This is heaven!🤤
Heaven on earth! Agreed.
Great vid 😍
Appreciate the view! Thanks for letting me know. Stay tuned for more thai bike videos!
love this content ! :)
Thanks Jasper! Great market if you have an NBC110.
Last time you made a video like this I saw some cool SS stuff too , not this time though lol
Those Kawasaki KRR 2 strokes must be a small fortune, as they become rarer? When I first went to Thailand a loooong time ago, after the sun went down, the kids would scream through Bangkok on them in flip-flops and occasionally a girlfriend on the back. If I was in a tuk-tuk or taxi, I would dare them to do wheelies. Sometimes they would. Crazy kids. More vids, cheers.
Great stuff! Just came across your channel. I just got myself a Honda wave 125i from 2023 (the white one with red accents). Was thinking of replacing the front and back shocks first. You seem like you know your stuff man. Do you happen to stay in Thailand? I'm currently residing in the Pattaya area for a year or more. Do you know any good mechanical shops in Pattaya? And a market or store like this? Or you recon I'd better get my ass to this market for the parts etc. Thank you for the video! (edit: ok, you're not living in Thailand at the moment. Finishing up the video now haha)
Hey mate. Not super clued up with Pattaya based shops. But I would like to say a massive congratulations for choosing the most awesome model on the market. Of course I am heavily biased. I am sure there will be shops down your way that specialise in such things. Search motorcycle shop in google maps, then click them all and see what the photos show/what the reviews are like. Thats usually how I start my searches. Poonsap market is awesome but over 150KM away, so it would be a ride there, stay the night, get stuff done, ride home again type trip.
@@SmallBikeStuff Thanks man. Yea I tried it already, but either the shop I found was closed that day, or they closed up shop. But yea, fun little bike! Just the front shock is ass so will have to upgrade that one asap.!
Could you share the address of this market? Thank you so much
just buy EMD tires instead, 45/90 17 inch front and for the rear 50/100 17inch. Popular in Thailand in their Honda Waves
Eat my dust? I have a set! Haha. Cool tyres.
Amazing video! What a flashbacck for me to a decade ago!
Thats so awesome. I love reconnecting with an old place even if it is just through video. Anthony Bourdain went through the main place I spent my first year in Thailand - before I actually lived there and I found the video after having left. Always nice to see things you recognise through someone elses eyes.
@@SmallBikeStuff 100% spot on! and your perspective in this video really added to my own perspective. When I lived there my thai language skill was non-existant, and I wasn't so much into small bikes as much, I was just getting into it. And back then I had the Suzuki Raider 150 which is probably the least popular underbone in the country. I can see it was really like a toy store for you tho. Makes me want to go back for a visit myself. haha.
@@IdeaStudioBKK that’s it. It’s funny how time changes things. The closest I ever was to small bike life was when I lived down the road from a drag strip but I didn’t care enough back then to understand what I was seeing.
Where is this place in Thailand? What do you call the place?
@@maronanastacio8366 Talad Poonsap in Pathum Thani, about an hour outside Bangkok.
I have a question that if is possible to get NZ plated like square Thailand style, if possible I would love to buy a titanium frame for it Lol.
You can get a square style motorcycle plate in NZ but it's not the same dimensions as a Thai one sadly.
Well I guess if walked into the market with nothing and walked through the whole market I will be riding out of there in a juiced up wave in no time 😎
Thats it! Ride in on a bone stock Honda and you could leave with a racing machine in no time.
Do you mind sharing a google maps link to this market?
Won’t let me post a link, but google Poonsap Market
@@SmallBikeStuff Thank you so much
Want o buy and sell it here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 please
That would be so awesome!
Can I get cbr spares easily
Bro do they have honda 125 x covers as well? I’m looking forward to pay a visit to Bangkok so lets meet up brother?
Probably! There was hundreds of plastic cover sets on display. I might be in Bangkok next year - but I am based in New Zealand.
hey friend! do you know if they have yamaha bws 100cc parts there?? im looking for a rear hub with spokes
I didn't see any - I haven't seen any of the BWS 100's in Thailand myself.
Tell me the Hino parts market in Thailand .
I'm sure it exists but I'm not sure where exactly.
Close to Bangkok any old school stuff there ? David chch
Popwinsonshop in Ban Pong, Ratchaburi. It’s about 60-90 minutes from the central city if you’re driving. Depending on traffic of course. I made an older video about it on the channel.
th-cam.com/video/8Bx0tjEu3EY/w-d-xo.html
Really love your videos brother. Straight banging 🌄🔝 PLEASE HELP, i need to find old spare parts for dirtbikes, originaL or aftermarkets, for honda xr200r or any old dirtbikes. THANK YOU 🙏🏽
Thanks brother!
what is the exact address of poosup market in thailand ? is this far from bangkok?
It is about 40 minutes drive from the centre of the city. Technically in the next province. Google Poonsap Market - it won't let me add a link to outside websites.
@@SmallBikeStuff ok thank you 🙏
What name market ?
Poonsap Market
❤❤
Thanks for watching!
hej nu ser bekant ut är du svensk ?
Thanks for watching! I'm from New Zealand.
Cool and interesting market , but very awkward camera work.
Agreed! I’ve changed my filming set up entirely these days.
Go to Asem Reges (excavator spareparts) or Nusa tek (car spare parts), or kebon jeruk (street near asem reges,& nusa tek. A bike sparepart) if you go to Indonesia. But I hate Asem reges toilet btw- since they mix it: so it look like "female enter male toilet",& as a sensitive shy guy I ha te it, already told I as men feel uncomfort,& female who look exist too (accidentally, or not) to manager. Careful of "tukang catut" people who hv no store but acting like he's an owner, also since some poor ppl several guy can do violence, stay safe.
I would love to explore Indonesia on small bikes. There are lots of great machines there.
