After making these myself, (i used your video thank you so much) I recommend cutting up the soup into squares and not mixing it in. and then for the wrappings, make them thinner than what you had. It makes them easier to work with. to fill the dumpling, put the meat mix on, and then put a cube of soup on. that way you can ensure you get soup in every bite.

This is what happened to me when I attempted to make these. I was not skilled enough to make my wrappers thin enough and I felt like my wrappers absorbed the soup. I’m going to attempt this again and cheat a little bit using store bought wrappers so they don’t absorb as much soup. Good luck with your next attempt, your soup did look awesome!
