If you want to get the best deals at a convention then always hit up the smaller booths first. I always avoid booths from stores or booths selling a bunch of graded games for last, or not at all. These booths have a much higher profit margin mindset than your typical small booth.
I've been watching you a year and this is the first time I've had a video be recommended from this channel. I never knew it existed! Dude! mention your other channels every so often, it could do wonders for you.
I’m from the Central Valley and Blue Shell is honestly the biggest rip off. Doesn’t pay some of their workers, over prices their games and waaaaay undervalues games. GameStop offers better prices
Very disappointing video honestly. I was a vendor here who had everything listed about 10 -25% under value from video games to Pokemon cards, yet you chose to show a single grail item of mine that was priced at market value. I was offering people it at a solid 15% + discount throughout the weekend on it & ended up selling for full price at the end of the show. You didn't even talk to us at our booth, just filmed the eBay comp bit & left. I've been going to this convention for a decade & have watched as prices have gotten higher & higher which is disappointing, but it is what it is. There are still so many amazing dealers with fair prices who will give you additional deals as well, & I feel like this video barely shows that.
This video is something he literally just threw up just to say he posted. The energy is off and you can tell it was rush for him to just get enough content to make a 10 minute video. But if it was some shitty expo in the Midwest it would have been over 20 minutes long.
If I go on a store and it’s above price charting or eBay I just buy on there instead. Many stores sell online cause they can get more so in reverse as a consumer I will go online and spend less. My area has so few game stores (east coast) though. All of them thankfully seem to stay right around price charting. Prices are already so inflated as it is.
Where lol I'm in Massachusetts and hit 6 stores in 1 day last weekend. Every one was around 20-35% over pricecharting. Hard to support local when I literally can't afford to
Great video. I won’t mention store names but I have seen some here in California sell games like Pokémon Black version 2 for about 35% over PriceCharting before taxes. I understand stores pay a premium for this stuff and have to run a business but that number seems a bit extreme. I stick to my local hunting and eBay/Mercari as a result. Occasionally I buy from stores but not often
I agree this video didn't flow very well. Audio weird and uneven the broken jump cuts the ending double jump segment incomplete . I don't think this was edited by riff. To many rookie mistakes.
Very interesting video I lived in GA as a kid where games were everywhere and typically cheaper. Now I live in Montana where it seems video games never had a huge foot hold and now finding anything is either 300+ dollars for a roached NES or it's the polar opposite of a pack of smokes for the whole box of whatever it is. We have like 5 good stores in the state and most are young and budding ventures but watching it seems the west coast is so much more saturated and appreciated towards the culture the values are maintained out of respect and rational it's really interesting and I as a reseller can tell NY must be rough cause I get game related order constantly from NY
i’m az. and the prices out here seem to be super high. well at the local shops i go to, i’m in north phoenix so there’s actually a few shops. if you ever out here please lemme know!!😊
I’ve been to Game Tower before and they are good guys there however a lot of the games in their store are in poor condition and the prices are ridiculous
Those prices are ridic. No fees and cash transactions yet charging as much as ebay or above is stupid. Some stores would rather sit on inventory than sell out i suppose. I run almost a 7 figure store myself and for all cash transactions an instant 20% off ebay solds. Just wild seeing so much scumbag stores rippin people off. No wonder physical game stores are dying off
"We are the most expensive state sales tax" Tennessee is coming up on you there. State is 7% but we have local sales tax as well which can get up to 9.5%.
I live in a hcol area its rough for sure. I have family in the Midwest and it's a different ballgame. Some of them live in what would be considered mansions to Me yet make less then people with really small homes in my area
when you look the are saying things are expensive and show tax and gasoline prices and then you realize where you live tax is 11.5% and gasoline is 91 cents per liter
I've been to Double Jump in Vancouver, WA. They were pretty darn expensive, and I walked out buying nothing. They had a lot of stuff, just out of what I was willing to pay.
Hey bro I hope you get your heart right with Jesus repent and turn from your sins because Jesus is coming back for us it's either we're going to go with Jesus to heaven or devil to hell. And I hope to see you in heaven.
Why do you keep low balling? Pay the price what people are selling for. That's the reason why there are conventions and people want the price they list for
renix pesale fans eating good recently
I sometimes forget that I’m even watching a second channel
Could 100% have been a main channel video! Loved it!

Hey That’s Me! Thanks for stopping at the booth it was great chatting with you Caleb!

You cut out the part asking Cooper if he had any wiggle room and he said 'nope'. :)
What?? I did NOT expect to see Sic Cooper in this. How awesome! It's like a TH-cam crossover episode lol
Dude double jump is the BEST I went there with my whole family and it was a great experience glad to see them :)
I’m from the Central Valley and Blue Shell is honestly the biggest rip off. Doesn’t pay some of their workers, over prices their games and waaaaay undervalues games. GameStop offers better prices
It was so awesome to see my local retro game shop (Blue Shell Gaming) in this video! I'm literally going there today!
7.25% sales tax is actually on the lower end of California sales tax. It varies by city. Where I’m at is 9.5%. Can go up to 10.50% too 😑
cooper! he knows all! I was wondering when the PRGE videos were coming.
I love coopers videos

i didnt think that the video was bad Caleb, but im glad you post it here. I just enjoy your convetions vids
Double jump has gained 9000 subscribers since this video was edited. That’s the power of pesale

Did that dude really say sales tax causes inflation? Lol

blue shell gaming those are my local game stores! they got about 4 locations and have some heat forsure but also fair prices
Thank you so much! We love our local peeps!!!
The thumbnail 😂
Blue shell is the most expensive retro video game store you could go to
I like this channel more then your other one.
Like them both but this one I don’t miss man!
I wouldn't be surprised if rent prices for stores alone make the prices jacked up for small businesses on the West Coast.
i’m az. and the prices out here seem to be super high. well at the local shops i go to, i’m in north phoenix so there’s actually a few shops. if you ever out here please lemme know!!😊
MICHAEL JACKSON PRICED AT 5?!?!? wow thats a steal man
I have trouble selling 2ds for $40 and gba sp for $60 here. I get lower offers than that only.
Haha we pay $75 and $80
I’ve been to Game Tower before and they are good guys there however a lot of the games in their store are in poor condition and the prices are ridiculous

Ive actually bought games from some of these guys on whatnot, and I gotta say they’ve got good service

Mario Kart for wii for $45? Wow talk about inflation!
I will say that sales tax in TN is 9.7% but of course they dont have income tax.
Renix Pesale back in action the hunt never ends
Editor Rick working overtime this Thanksgiving! God bless him!
"I bet you just uploaded to the wrong TH-cam channel by mistake! 🤓" - Hater Hank 😂

0:58 I think @blueshellgaming2265 deserves to be on the Main Channel! Lol Hopefully we will see you at SoCal Game Expo!
Surprised this isn’t in the main love it tho
Where did you get the Hat Caleb?!
Love from india🇮🇳learned a lot of great things from you, keep going❤
No hate here. It was cool to hear random vendor's opinions.
Just go to Lost Levels in Fullerton CA and you will see the higher price myth being proven.
Aye i met you here! I was the dude with the Wierd DS game "Hoppie"! I traded your camera guy for a Switch Lite!!
I live in NY we have the highest prices for everything in life NY we’re the richest most expensive state
when you look the are saying things are expensive and show tax and gasoline prices and then you realize where you live tax is 11.5% and gasoline is 91 cents per liter
80$ for a used Pokémon Fire Red oof
tax in canada is 13% lol and ppl say 7.5 is high
West coast has more inventory to sell which probably counters any discount. #justAHunch
❤ your stuff keep it up and see you on the next 😊😊😊😊😊
Your convention videos should be full length, would watch from start to finish if the video was an hour long
Do people get frustrated when you always ask for lower price?
Lately i been buying 20$ some 7 gen game's at GameStop 😢 they said sale 😂
Did dude really just say central California. U either line In the north or south. Never knew Cali had a central zone
Since it's Oregon and there is no sales tax....do they charge it at the expo ?
Nope. The expo is in Oregon so they won't charge taxes. We don't do that shit here in Oregon.
Kevin from @BlueShellGaming is my local game store!
Vinny! Thanks brother!
Double jump hands down is the best vender/store. If i need to buy a game i always check them first before adventuring out.
lol cries in 15% sales tax in Canada
3:20 do they ask 100% tax on mario kart or how doexs he explain this 1?
@6:57 😂🔥
Why wasnt this on the main channel. PRGE is main channel content. Get it together CALEB!!!
I agree! Blue Shell is worth of the main channel!
The camera and channel helps a tonne. They would tell most people no lol.
Cooper!!
Hello!!!
East coast is expensive
I've been to Double Jump in Vancouver, WA. They were pretty darn expensive, and I walked out buying nothing. They had a lot of stuff, just out of what I was willing to pay.
They do have decent deals on most common items. Sorry you couldn't find any.
