Honestly it looks amazingly better than any market food I have where I live, and it’s so affordable. This alone makes me want to fly there 😭

i’ve read and seen stuff about blood sausages so many times (in k-dramas, webnovels and manhwa) but i’ve always been a bit freaked out by it. ahh it’s just one of those things that doesn’t seem too approachable, just.. BLOOD ?? AAAH-
but i still really want to try it. i mean, i’ve had liver before, in my traditional food. so why not blood? it’s scary but i still want to try!

Korean sundae (blood sausage) doesn’t taste too much like blood in my opinion. It’s stuffed with noodles and other flavorings that makes it taste savory and not at all iron-y. It’s even better dipped into tteokbokki sauce. 🥰
The blood isn't runny or anything, so it's not unpleasant. It's got an almost sweet flavour to it. If you can do liver, you'll be okay with any kind of blood sausage, it's a much...'milder' taste? I never had issues with it growing up because I eat a lot of organ meat, but my friends who didn't loved it once they worked up the courage to try, so I really recommend you do too!! 💖 Asian or European style, both are delicious~
You can eat grilled pork blood in the Philippines 😆
In argentina we eat it at barbecues, it's a national dish and for me its better than the boiled version! U should try it. (Also we cook it at the oven when we cant do barbecues)
