Melb has always been the first stop for any international restaurants mostly, then Sydney! haha We're supposed to try Hai Di Lao too but ended up went to another Hot pot place so super intrigued now. All the meats look super fresh and the broths look so flavorful too, the noodle attraction is super cool. we'll def visit Hai Di Lao if we ever come to Melb again if it's not available in Sydney yet :) thanks for sharing this guys!

The paste did look a little funny going into the broth but everything looked really good! There are some hotpot and Korean bbq places in Philadelphia. I’ve only been to one and it was very good! Love the show the server did with the noodles! Very entertaining :)

Lots of spices in each soup stock but tasteless as there is no salt... no seasoning added into the stock The zechuan chilli soup, beside the heat from chilli it also has a high volatile oil which was completely numbed my tongue, I couldn't taste anything else.
You got to go to the dolar shop that is the best hai di lao soup broth is like kinda not made with lots of depth of flavors I just think it to over hype and the quality of the meat isn’t even good does your meet come with ice no and it just awful
