I really enjoyed this. Since things have changed in my life to need me to be more focused and, I guess you could say, centred, I've been told endlessly that I need to take care of myself so I can better help him but no one ever gave practical suggestions on how to do that. It grew irritating when people said it because it felt as if they were telling me to climb Mt Everest when I'm not a climber and haven't the first clue what I'd need or have to do ect. For me my life has been more of enduring hardship but never having the chance to improve or live it was just go go go without little time for things even as simple and needed as eating. Now our very lives depends upon me changing the very fibre of how I live and this entry level video advice gives me the tips I was craving for. Foundational tips to setting up my health plan. It's telling me, I need, rope, harnesses, food, water, medical kits, the right type of clothing, guided support, good boots, a safety plan and training ect for climbing that proverbial mountain. It's hands on practical not just a "do it without any clue as to how." Thanks a million for this vid. It's brief and bright and inspiring...also with all the "doing it myself" that my life has had to do it feels good for someone else to make the plan and I just "follow it", as it were :)

I found this excellent (and very timely). However I couldn’t find the downloadable self care document. Has it been removed please?
