Returns Handle Kaise Karein | Reverse Shipments Manage Karna

  • Hum sabhi yeh toh jaante hi hain ki returns online bechne ke motivation ko kaise kam kar sakta hai, humme se bahut se logon ko abhi bhi yeh sikhne ki zarurat hai ki return ko kaise sambhalna aur kam karna hai taki hum business ko acche tarikey se badhava de sake. Isse jitna sambhav ho utna aasan banane ke liye meesho ke paas sabhi tools aur features hain!
    Meesho par 2 prakar ke return hain:
    Customer returns - Vo return ko customer se shuru kiye jaate hain aur kayi reasons se ho sakte hain, Customer jyadatar product wapas karte hain agar quality achhi nahi hai, agar product ka size industry standards se match nahi karta ya agar unhe unke dwara order kiye gaye product se poori tarah se alag product deliver hota hai.
    Return to Origin ya RTOs - Tab hota hai jab product ko customer tak pahunchne se pehle wapas bhej diya jata hai. RTOs jyadatar tab hote hain jab delivery partner customer tak kayi baar pahunchne ka prayaas karta hai lekin customer location par available nahi hota hai ya customer ne galat delivery address diya hota hai. Yeh tab bhi ho sakta hai jab product bheja jata hai par customer tak pahunche se pehle cancel kar diya jata hai.
    Aapse RTO ke liye charge nahi liya jata hai, lekin agar koi customer product wapas karta hai toh aapse return shipping fee liya jata hai. Fee product ke weight par based hai.
    Return kam karne ka sabse accha tarika hai behtar tracking. Yaad rakhein, customer returns ko return shuru hone ki taarik se aap tak pahunchne me 25 din lagte hain aur RTO ko dispatch ki date se aap tak pahunchne me 45 din lagte hai. Aap apne Supplier Panel me login karke left side par ‘Returns or RTO Orders’ par click karke sabhi return ko track kar sakte hai.
    Aapko yahan teen sections milenge:
    In-transit - In-Transit section me sabhi return logistics partner dwara uthaye gaye hai aur currently aapke paas wapas aa rahe hain.
    Delivering Today - Iss section me 2 sub-sections hain. Pehla, jise Delivering Today bhi kaha jata hai, unn sabhi return ko dikhata hai jo uss din deliver kiye jayenge jis din aap section dekh rahe hain aur doosra, To Be Reattempted, unn sabhi return ko dikhata hai jinhe aapko wapas dene ka prayaas kiya gya tha lekin nahi diya jaa saka.
    Completed - Iss section me 2 sub-sections hain. ‘Delivered’ unn sabhi returns ko dikhata hai jo successfully aapko wapas de diye gaye hain. ‘Lost’ unn sabhi return ko dikhata hai jo transit me kho gaye the. ‘Lost’ ke andar listing ke liye aapko vo tarik milegi jis din vo lost mak ki gayi thi aur jis tarik ko khoye huye samaan ka payment aapke bank account me jama kiya gaya tha.
    Supplier Panel par Return/RTO Orders tab ke har section me kayi columns hain. Aap product description, AWB number, Return ke reasons aur bahut kuch paa sakte hai! Apne return ko adhik gehraayi se track karne ke liye AWB Number par click karein.
    Unboxing video ke liye yahan kuch guidelines di gayi hain:
    Ensure karein ki AWB number aur Order ID saaf roop se dikhe, video me shipping label clearly dikhna chahiye.
    Dhyan rakhein ki shipment ke sabhi sides video me clearly dikhayi de.
    Video me pehli baar packaging ko kholna hai. Sabhi ticket jahan package pehle se khola gya hai, reject kar diya jata hai.
    Video ko ek baar me record kiya jana chahiye aur sabhi actions clearly dikhne chahiye. Cut kiye gaye edited videos reject kar diye jate hain.
    Dhyan dein, wapasi ke 7 dino ke andar raise kiye gaye tickets hi consider kiye jate hai, isiliye apni concerns ko samay rehte raise karein.
    Meesho aapko kuch issues ke liye compensate karta hai. Inhe claims kehte hai. Aap right side par ‘View Claims’ par click karke ‘Returns/RTO Orders’ tab se claims ko track kar sakte hain. Aap overview section me particular date ki range select karke claims se mila amount dekh sakte hain.
    Claim ya toh approve, reject ya open ho sakta hai. Open claims abhi bhi process kiye jaa rahe hai aur jyadatar resolution me 2 se 7 din lagte hai. Approved claims vo claims hain jinke liye aapko compensation mila hai ya milne wala hai. Rejected claims vo claims hote hain jinke liye aapko compensation nahi mila hai. Reason ‘Lats update’ column me dekha jaa sakta hai.

    meri shop thi 2 sal se meesho ke chakkar mai shop band kar ke sara saman ghar pe rakh lia ke online meesho pr work karungi but sara nuksan ke alawa or kuchh nahi mila hai agr mera paymne aaya pura or mera jo product return hua wo wapas nahi aaya hai wo aayege to mai aage work karu mera mud hi kharab ho gaya hai ab to

    Customer care number provide hona chahiye bahut problem hoti h customer returns to claim ke liye kar sakte h but RTO ka kya uska claim hota nahi h aur RTO mein wrong item aa rahe h

    Meesho mein jo bhi seller abhi bhi sell kar rahe hai, please woh apne payments mein dekhe... kya unke bhi product price recovery bolke amount deduct huye hai? Meesho support par jab pucha toh woh bol rahe ki technical glitch ke karan pehle deduct nahi huye the isliye abh kar rahe. Jab details maangi ki kaun se order ya kya charges hai, support wale kuch bata hi nahi paa rahe hai... Sellers please see.

    Mene meesho ke tampered shipments reject kiye the, par meesho ne fake email bheja ki tampered shipments accept kar lo aur claim file kar dena. Baad me reject kar diye. Mera itna loss ho chuka hai. Jiske liye mene buyer banke apne losses ko cover karne ka kaam shuru kar diya hai..

    No seller support is working Any ticket. Claim ticket crossed theire time line but still no one work on ticket.
    In every good selling products showing wrong rating in meesho app but in inventory tab showing right rating. WHAT IS THE POINT TO SHOW WRONG RATING TO CUSTOMER I DON'T GET.
    raised so many tickets but no one working ticket.
    I always feel meesho support team just sit for trouble to seller.
    Meesho owner should look on this else issues and need to work on this else meesho will be going to vanish one day
    They are not a problem solver they are crete more problems.
    I used to sale on Flipkart Amazon and another program too but never ever face this kind of issues

    Every ticket i raised, Closed after respond that is (video is not in proper way) like theory.
    I gonna switch to Amazon or other e-commerce website.

    meesho par kisi ko call nahi kar pate hai sara din tiket raise karte raho koi fida nahi hai mera bag gaya return nahi aaya nakoi claim mila 1200 ka bag tah 3 month se na koi payment aaya samajh nahi a raha hai kaaam kren ya nahi abhi tak nuksan hi hua hai sara maal bhi gaya koi paymant nahia aya

    botoh bohot bohot badi chori kr rhe hain meesho wale. point wise batata hun
    1) high return ratio
    2) high return charges
    3) high fake customer return rates
    4) high fake RTO rates
    5) fake rto ka to claim daal bhi mat dena inhe apne customer aur courier boys pe bohot bharosa hai ki wo to chori kr hi nhi sakte. Seedhe likhte hain reply me ki ye rto packet hai iske saath koi ched chad nhi hui hai.
    6) fayeda waise fake customer return ka claim daalne me bhi nhi hai. Wo bhi 6 7 me se ek hi approve hota hai baki me likh dete hain kuch clearly nazar nhi a rha ya packaging pehle se open tha ya apka claim ratio bohot zyada hai. Are bhai claim ratio kyun nhi hoga zyada jab de hi itne fake returns rhe ho
    7) 2 bande full salary wale hire krne padte hain inki ek ek customer return ki videos banane k liye. unki salary bhi pocket se deni padti hai kyunki claim se to jo maal chori ho gya hai uski hi bharpayi nhi ho pa rhi.
    8) roz call ayega ki itna percent discount kr do dusra seller itne rate me bech rha hai order badh jayenge. Ab insaan dusre seller ko dekhte hue us rate me bech de jitne me use koi profit bhi na ho aur jo deductions meesho kr rha hai wo aur pocket se dena pade.
    conclusion: jise apna property paisa health pyara na ho wo ek dum maze se meesho pe kaam kare.
