  • Packing aur processing order ke important step hai, jo simple bhi hai. Supplier Panel order tracking, processing aur packing ko easy bana deta hai. Order cancellation se seller order packaging tak, aapke business ko behtar order management ke saath aage le.
    Order process karne ke steps aise hote hai:
    0:00 Introduction
    1:40 Supplier panel par active orders dekhe
    3:15 Accept order & start packaging
    3:49 Download kare shipping label
    6:19 Order pickup by shipping agent
    7:27 Order payment kab milega
    8:08 Return to origin (RTO orders)
    9:05 Customer order returns
    10:21 On hold tab
    Aap apni all new orders ko 'Orders' section ke 'Pending' tab par check kar sakte hai apni Meesho Supplier Panel par. Click karein 'Accept Order' par aur start karde apni order packing. Orders jinhe aap accept karenge woh 'Ready to Ship' mei move ho jayengi. Filters ko use karke orders ko sort karein. For example, 'Breaching Soon' par click karne par aapko un orders ki jankaari dikhengi jinhe mentioned Expected Dispatch Date tak ship karni hogi.
    Yeh dhyaan me rakhein ki package mein na to koi branded packaging material ya adhesive tape use ki gayi ho. Packaging transparent nahi honi chahiye, aur shipping ke liye durable honi chahiye. Packaging par MRP bhi mention na karein. Order process karne ke liye, Accept Item ko click karein, aur order automatically move hoke “Ready to ship” tab par aa jayengi.
    In the “Ready to ship” tab, shipping label ko simply download karein aur package par paste kar de. Aapki order ab shipping ke liye tayyar ho chuki hai. Agar aap label 11 am se pehle download karte ho, to uski pickup same day par schedule ki jayengi. Agar nahi, to uski pickup agle din schedule ki jayengi.
    Shipping partner order pickup karne ek din mei aa jayengi, aur usein safely aapke customer tak pohuncha dengi. Hum yeh encourage karte hai ki aap hamesha two copies of the label print karke rakhe, aur usein delivery partner se sign karwaye pickup ke time par. Aap usein ek copy dekh sakte hai, aur dusra apne paas rakh sakte hai. Jab koi product shipping agent dwara pickup ho jaata hai, woh 'Shipped Tab' par move ho jayengi.
    Payment collected via COD ya online aapke account mei directly transfer ho ajeyngi. Aap isko 'Payment' tab par track kar sakte hai. Agar kisi kaaren customer order lene ke liye available na rahe for 3 times, delivery partner aapko woh product return kar dengi, aur yaha aapko charges nahi lagege. Iss order ko aap Return/RTO ke tab par dekh sakte hai. Saarein cancelled orders aapko “Cancelled” tab pe dikhengi.
    Agar koi customer aapke order se khush na ho, to uski return woh first 7 days mei kar payenge. Aapko ispe return shipping fee ka charge lagega, jiski details aap product details mei dekh payonge. Agar customer ka address serviceable na rahe due to unexpected reasons, aapka order 'Hold' tab par dikhengi. Iss pe aapko koi charges nahi lagenge for late dispatch.
    Ab aapne yeh dekh liya ki orders ko kaise process kiya jaata hai Meesho par, to bas ruke na rahe, apne business ko aage badhayein!

    Pahle aapka rules theek kijiye.. customer achcha product rakh lete Hain per return option dal ke koi aur product return mein de deta hai.. return option ka rules thik kijiye pehele. Aise karogi to achcha sila kabhi meshu per sel nahin Karega.

    I am a new seller and I am extremely unhappy with your service the rate of RTO is very high and even Customer return is unreasonable it feels like customer are just playing around please make changes in return rules also because of COD people take advantage of us sellers

    Bahut hi gatiya h lga mujhe to ye support me ticket raise krne ka koi benefit ni h.. Koi issue solve ni hota... Main issue rating 2nd issue courier ka bahut gatiya tha experience

    Pehle sir apna setup thik Karo ...order aya cancel bhi ho gya ..or dusra aya ..show hi nhi ho raha h...or .phone krte ho ki tamasha ....aise kon help krta h bhai ...uthate hi apna bolte ho ..or hamari sunte hi nhi or ..cutt kr dete ho wah ....apki ghatiya service ke chakkar me hamari nak kat jati h ..buyers ke aage

      @@MeeshoSupplierHub wahi Kiya tha ....par koi mtlb nhi ...bas apna bolkr apni marji se call cutt kr dete ho .., customer wait kr raha h or hum yaha dekh hi nhi pa rahe h ki konsa order h ... customer ke samne badnami hogi vo alag .....account ki health bhi kharab hogi vo alag ....agar aap problem ..solve nhi kr sakte to bata do ...hum meesho ko tata by by bol denge ...kam se kam ..dimag ka gobar to nhi hoga or apko bhi tensan nhi hogi ....sorry bolkr ap hume fusla rahe h .....pehle apna setup sudhariye .....nhi to ham log yaha bilkul bhi nhi rukenge kyu ki meesho ka to pata nhi par hume apni bejati nhi krwani customer ke aage ...hum log apna kaam time pr pura krne me kabil h to meesho hume kyu paresan krne par laga hua h ..., Ek to watsapp pr itne messages ..Krna band kro ..mail bheja Karo bas ..countless watsapp messages bahot irritate krte h sir ....pehle ..apne setup ko asan or easy banao ...phir customer help center walo ko bolo ki apni marji se call na Kate ...nhi to hume sell nhi Krna yaha pr...
