Thank you for being an anomaly among the noise. We need more voices like yours that come from people we can relate to. You are a remarkable young man. When I think about all those who claim to speak on behalf of God, I shudder at their toxicity. Then I listen to a genuinely authentic voice like yours, which only widens the chasm of insanity vs a voice from a higher frequency. You are giving hope to many who are doubting themselves in the storm and onslaught of ego, greed and corruption. Blessings and god speed. New sub from Canada. PS - I don't know where you're situated but a gathering of like-minded people, from ALL age groups, would be most welcome. I feel this is my tribe.

What are you filming on? Beautiful Halation on the trees around you. Deeply reflecting on Seneca's letters and Meditations lately. Great video.

Could you please talk about love?
I think love is a basic yet complex concept, so I'd like to hear your take on it.

Yes, doing the right and good actions for yourself always creates motivation to do the same with others. This is self love in action.

This is what meditation is a practice for to always become a better version of yourself . Integrity is always there but you just need to find it in you .

Love this! Yet another great video!
I don’t know if you take requests, but I would love to see a video on anxiety and depression. I have been a practicing Stoic for years now but am battling some deep depression lately as a result of my combat-related PTSD from my time in Iraq. I was going to therapy for a year but had to stop because my job changed and now I no longer have time to go.
How can one regulate their mental health in a country/system that does not accommodate for it?

Still, finding my reason is kinda hard tho i do love my family but the reason to fight for something for myself is missing, it feels like the effect of not wanting to live in my teenage years that i don't anticipate living in this age right now

There is one part of the video that I disagree with - divine consciousness being exclusive to humans.
Allow me to make a few examples:
Monasteries sometimes keep cats as a way of security. If a stranger enters the grounds, the change in behavior the cats show alerts the monks to an intruder.
Dogs, cats and most animals kept around humans can sense sickness and pregnancy long before humans can. I would point out the service animal that can sense a seizure minutes before the creature *experiencing the episode* is aware of it.
Animals of all kinds, particularly birds and bugs, can sense turbulent weather approaching days before its arrival.
Simply because we can articulate our rationality and intelligence does not mean that animals (which I do not consider humans distinct from, save a few characteristics) do not also have wisdom and divinity within them. To say otherwise strikes me as human superiority and hubris.

Animals cannot choose right or wrong--there is no battle in a conscience inside them. That is why humans, when they do great things, can be far greater than animals, or when they do horrible things, can be far lower than animals.

So much lives within that center which also, is the beginning of consciousness … and as you have said, is where the true happiness resides.
