@@DaveMoFlips Cali market is so unpredictable. The problem I see a lot of the cheaper cars 5K and under is a lot of curbers biding so usually the guys with the deeper pockets buying 8-10K cars price range . But I think prices are still a little high here . Everything thing here in CA is always more for some reason.
Agreed but that won't stop the buyer from feeling some kind of way and reporting the seller, and then if the seller did do open title sale that's where the issue arises. But I do agree with you most states there is not a lemon law on private used cars.
Here in CA used cars are sold “AS is”even from dealers unless you provide a warranty .

I'm not sure, I know trailers and ATVs it doesn't at least from what I heard.
But also if you're not reporting the income then yes that's an issue
