upward movement on the Yang energy makes sense because the high levels of glutamate in Shiitake will activate the vagus nerve which is 90% going towards the brain in signalling
I have started eating bone broth in the morning and wanted to find ways to add flavor to it. I immediately thought of adding shiitake mushrooms to it, and I am glad to find out that they are so beneficial to the body. I first saute them with olive oil and then add them to the broth to simmer. I also add turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper and a small amount of mung bean noodles, which have a very low effect on blood sugar, just to add some body/interest to the broth. Yummy stuff.
Many thanks, I've been looking for "organic mushroom farming pdf" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Heenyan Mushroom Organifiction - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it.
What you are doing is absolutely useless for your health, all polysaccharides get destroyed and broken down completely at 42C. I mean, you are drinking corpse bone broth after all, I guess everything else doesn't really matter lol. But I thought I'd mention anyways.
I’m pretty sure if you guys look into the studies it also helps your body to make it own steroids for lupus it made a very first time got so much Benefits it was amazing I wasn’t even expecting it I ate them the next morning I felt like I was given steroids from the doctor like I felt freaking amazing without all the side effects from the steroids I like my bodies was basically able to produce is on steroids now
has your study tested COOKED shiitake though? :) I know people just hate to study, but all polysaccharides get destroyed and broken down completely at 42C. You cook it, its a waste. Chitin also needs to be broken down to allow for digestion, usually by freezing, not cooking.
+SuperfoodEvolution , you guys (or however many people work hard for this channel to be great) are just awesome. Great video, I do want to grow some now, I never had them before. You should do a juicing video on raw cannabis, Dr. William Courtney have done some great work on the matter & it's a perfect way to get the benefits without getting the high.
The e in shitake is pronounced like an A not like an E. 🙄 Same with the almost always mispronounced Sake. Blatant mispronunciation is cringe inducing! 🙏

Does upward Yang movement mean it will help sluggish digestion that feels like a prolapse ? Please help 🙏🙏
The word interferon comes from the word, to interfere... lol. I found that kinda funny.
I have ALWAYS LOVED SHITAKE!!! Enjoy everyone!! Love+Truth = Peace

Thank You
Is it okay for children to have this and in which forms?
Absolutely in any form...
🍄👍
Should we buy organic or non organic shitake
always organic. in my opinion
Still, the consumption of fresh cannabis gets my vote for its anti-tumor effect....
for "anti-tumor", you dont need to start taking new stuff. You need to stop eating junk that causes tumors. Isnt that a common sense?

It's not blatant though. For the record I do sat Sak -A...
Yeah we hear 'ya...Oh boy how the pronunciation sure hampers the properties of its greatness😏
@@SuperfoodEvolution Disagree. It’s very blatant. That’s why I commented. 🙏
Shitake rocks but this is like a painful lesson in how to make a bad video ! ! !
And misuse of the word 'entitled' is annoying
