“Delectable” Orange Soaked Rhubarb Cake only Bonnie’s Best for You

You will love this cake especially with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream
Recipe
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cups milk
4 cups chopped rhubarb
Bake @ 325 for 1 hour 15 mins
SYRUP
2/3 cups orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Bring to boil & spoon over hot cake!
Cool & serve
