Kaplan is giving me 209 questions to do on registration, issuers I’m guessing I shouldn’t spend a crazy amount of time on this? It’s been giving me a huge burn out in learning this material
I took the sie but Kaplan lesson 4.3 exemptions, and exclusions from registration of securities. I know the basic excluded securities but they are making it complicated
I looked into your tutoring. Is the tutoring the same as the classes? I saw the Tuesday Lives. Are those the classes your website is referring to? @@Series7Guru
HI Dean - I am taking the Series 63 on Wednesday and have a question that I am getting conflicting answers on: If an Investment Adviser provides advice to investment companies, how much AUM do they have to have to be required to register with the SEC. I am seeing $75 Million in one place and somewhere else I see that they ALWAYS need to be federally registered. Please help...

I never feel comfortable recommending a test taker not do all the practice questions or not to read the book.

Fedearally covered AUM is $100 million or more choose. $110 AUM federally covered.

Not yet but my lecture on the Uniform Securities Act lecture is most if not all of the 63. Make sure you watch it. it is spot on.
