thanks for the tutorial! I don't understand why not use a green color layer instead of yellow + blue to make green?

This is a 3 color riso (blue, yellow and pink), each ink is printed separately so adding another color is extra cost and you can mix the ones that you already have to generate new colors :)

do you use photoshop on a laptop or tablet? I dont understand how to draw free hand, I guess you're doing it on a tablet since you;re using the brush tool? I have photoshop and illustrator on my laptop and cannot draw free hand , I only use the pen tool which is not always convenient....
