Yes, the Winchester house is said the be the strangest house in the world, but we have seen that featured on Discovery Channel many times. I have never seen this one before. As for not being shown until the end: it is easy to skip ahead on the video if you want to. Thank you Adam for showing this lesser know attraction.

Yes, I know about the Winchester house, who doesn't? Q: Where is this one located, again? It s quite beautiful,...! I love every thing Victorian,..! Do you know what Steam Punk, Is? I had a very, bad day today,..! The day from, hell, actually,..! I am simply tired of people, telling me, what I am unable to say,...! There s a little thing, called the first amendment,..! The knee doctor that took me, 2 months to find,.. my called me, 10 minutes, prior to my appointment, and stated, that the entire office, is no longer covered by my insurance,...! By then, I was in extreme pain and agony,..! Watching video s like this takes my mind, off, of my major problems, for at least a little, while,...!

After doing a bit of research, this house is older than the Winchester mystery house. It was called strangest house before the Winchester house became famous. Also, they didn't give it the title, that's just what a lot of people called it.

I've been to Korner's Folly. It is a really cool house with a back story. The owner had an interior design business and he made a lot of the mantels etc to show off what he sold. It was originally a carriage house and when he married he turned it into his home. There is a small room that is child-sized on purpose. Narrow back staircase. I wouldn't say it's the strangest house but very unique for sure. I agree, I almost gave up watching until I read the comments and stuck out the first 10 minutes to see what house you are referring to. It would be nice to hear more historical facts about the house as well.

As a child, I lived behind the Winchester Mystery house. The street called Maple Wood Ave.
It was a run down old mansion.
We use to play in the huge field behind it and throw rocks through the windows of the mansion.
We always believes that Mrs. Winchester was buried next to the mansion on the grounds and that the place was haunted.
I could tell you about a lot of other memories about this place, but don't wish to bore you.
It became a money making tourist attraction when I was in my 20's.

These houses are normal for that age. The reason why de bedrooms and less important rooms have a low sealing is because of heating (the smaller the room the faster it is warm). If you like this, I think you'd have a ball when visiting Europe.

I know a lot of different spots for everything from Movie locations to Famous Restaurants to historic sites to little details surrounding many different neighborhoods of the 5 boroughs. I like touring this great country of ours as well. The friendliness and quality of life in other areas of the country is a breath of fresh air. There are a lot of good people int his area as well but it's naturally faster, tougher and more aggressive than anywhere else. I live in Westchester County, just outside the city. I remember you visited camp crystal lake in Jersey, so you've come close. For example, I'm not sure if you've done Big the movie locations. I know them all from Jersey to soho to Playland in Rye, NY. Plan a trip and check out the real Empire State building. Keep up the good work.

Did it ever occur to you that this house may have been the home to little people? Tom Thumb made P.T. Barnum a fortune, which in turn, made it possible for him to build a home to suit their height.

I can't believe you've never been inside the Empire State building. That's where Evelyn McHale jumped to her death, declaring her "The Most Beautiful Suicide." 1947
