How to Paint Loose Butterflies in Watercolour - Hello Clarice Tutorials

Relax and unwind with this alternative take to my previous butterfly video - this one a lot looser. Make your own butterfly pattern and mix colours. We got time, folks, lets create beautiful things.

They really are lovely, and so simple a process for such a beautiful outcome. I'm already stressed about the symmetry of the other side, (which I totally thought you achieved 😊). Initially I was thinking I would just do side views 🙄 But I think for my uptight type A personality, I'll just measure and make little guide dots on the other side, at least to begin with. That's one of the primary reasons I started to do watercolor, and loose paintings (for now), was to try to let go of that perfectionism and just relax and enjoy the process. It's working! And I'm a lot better at it than I ever imagined. Watching videos like yours are exactly what I need to find that freedom to relax and just paint without any expectations. Subscribed!
