@@jonny.x what's your type? because they span a lot of genres musically speaking. would you like to hear something from their first album maybe? so you can hear how different they are sonically?
maybe start with their first song. "No More Dream". Heads up they were a struggling company. So their early videos are not as polished as the ones you saw.. which are all from 2017 or later.
if you are looking for strong social commentary. Look for "N.O." which is also from their debut year. They started of with heavy hip hop influence.
@@jonny.x for a deep sad song that has a music video I'd reccomend Singularity (especially if you're into R&B) it's a member solo though. Black Swan is a good group song. And there's an orchestral version of that as well.

Actually yes the shot of the fire was real but they just made it look bigger by the camera angle. There's a behind the scene video, almost no CGI. Most of the most impressive things are real in the Fake Love music video

One of the reasons I believe Halsey got so little lines is because the song needed to be able to exist without her. Like most artists they go on world wide tours. For a title track to exist as the title track, it needs to be able to exist on its own even if it has someone featured in it. Halsey can't just go on tour with BTS and to all of the shows they go on. It wouldn't make sense.

I'm glad these songs made You happy! BTS music is supposed to be healing, simple as that. Also that's literally in their company's Big Hit logo that You can see before each video (Music and Artist for Healing).
You happened to listen to the most pop and colorful songs that have that only purpose intended - to make You feel happy. While these are great songs with very impressive music videos, BTS music is usually very deep and focuses more on very serious topics such as mental health, loving oneself, social injustices, education system, women empowerment, etc.
ARMY is an acronym for Adorable Representative MC for Youth, meaning that by following BTS' example we are fighting together to make this world a better place. To get a better understanding what really is ARMY, I'd suggest watching a video by xCeleste called "This is BTS ARMY".

Halsey is amazing. They really bonded with her, and they have the sweetest friendship. She is a fierce BTS/ARMY supporter. She was stunned when ARMY made large donations to her favorite charity for her birthday. BTS does not accept gifts from fans, so fans donate to their favorite charities - things like schools, animal shelters, planting forests, libraries, and such. When BTS donated 1 million to BLM, ARMY matched their donation in 24 hours. BTS is not your empty kpop group, they are a global movement, and the most genuine, humble guys ! 💜💜💜💜
Dynamite is such a feel good song. Everytime I listen to it, my energy gets really high.

It tells you how the group came together and their journey so far. These 4 videos don't even scrape the surface of who BTS are as music artists, performers, and the genuine, humble, funny, and charitable human beings they are. Thanks for reacting.
My only issue with that guide is that the creator has a bit of a narrative that he follows to tell a specific story. For example he makes it seem like BTS released Dynamite in tending to top charts and break records, but BTS said themselves that they chose dynamite because they wanted to give their fans a fun and uplifting song because of the pandemic.

This is like Maroon 5 meets Bruno Mars meets Backstreet Boys. Interesting. I've seen BTS fan cams and shit all over Twitter but never gave it a listen. Not as bad as I thought.
Only Dynamite sounds like that though, BTS are a very versatile group. Probably one of the most versatile group i've ever seen. I have heard over 32 different genres from them alone. Could you believe that they were actually just an underground hip-hop group, from a private small almost bankrupt company, so they decided to debut in kpop to get some visibility so they wouldn't have to disband due to the lack of budget. Their first song is stil very very focused on hip-hop genre back in 2013.. They have 3 rappers and 2 of them used to be underground rappers as well. BTS can do funk, pop, edm, rock, rap, hip-hop (obviously since hip-hop is their base), RnB, trap, neosoul, jazz, ballads, latin pop, pop rock...ect and more and can mix many of those genres to create something very unique. Black Swan for example is a mix of... Emohip-hop contemporary classical orchestral/trap pop?? Never heard anything like that so I can't describe the genre but it's unique, voices all layered over each other with a touch of cool autotune effect in it. Black Swan is a beautiful song tbh. Lyricsm is also top notch.
The thing is most of the time it's not their fans that are shitting on everything. Bts fans don't really care about anything unless someone is hating on bts with racist remarks etc. and believe me that happens a lot.
The fandom can be pretty cancer on twitter just avoid them like the plague lol I just enjoy the music and the group members themselves

I just found you and I’m so glad I did and I’m happy you’ve given our guys a try. Boy with luv and DNA both have over a billion views on YT. Since you like their dancing I suggest checking out some of the dance practices because you miss a lot of sick choreo on the mvs. Maybe do a song with lyrics only, the dance practice of that song and then the mv or live or all four per reaction!

@@jonny.x sorry it took me a few days to respond but going back to the beginning with SBS dance practice, We are bulletproof pt 2, Boy In Luv and also their concept dance practice and Danger are frikken mind blowing and to think this was them at the beginning in 2013-2014. For a couple of my favorites cuz I have many but some older slower dance practices/mvs equally amazing would be For You and I need you. There’s also Spring Day, Dope, Tomorrow, Blood sweat and tears, Not Today, Fake Love, Idol, Airplane pt 2, Bapsae(no mv), Run, DNA, Black Swan, On....so many but there’s a good start

This has probably been said but if you're in awe of their moves, make sure you watch some of their live performances! Absolutely non-stop, and honestly the energy and pure awesomeness in the original sense of the word is what won me over!
loved this! If you do another round, I’d recommend the following: “Blood, Sweat, and Tears,” “Mic Drop,” “Idol” and definitely On: Kinetic Manifesto Film.” Other good ones are “Black Swan,” “Spring Day,” and “Save Me.” A cool thing about Save Me is that it’s a single shot video.

Glad you enjoyed, hope you keep listening it was lovely to see your opinion on them considering you don't know much of their music or history.^^ I would say that Dynamite is so far their biggest hit, is the song that got them their first number 1 hot 100 on billboard and also, the one that gave them their nomination for a Grammy (for this year's Grammy's). Their videos are quite incredible, there is behind the scenes for lots of those, most now have subs (a couple of years ago they didn't used to sub that type of content, but there was always fans that did it, so those videos are translated as well on youtube). I have seen people recommend more music, so I will leave you with those recommendations, thank you again for your reaction, have a lovely day.

This song also isnt about a relationship. It's about them hiding secrets, fears, struggles from each other. Jungkook is the main character looking in on them trying to get them to release that fear and their struggles and accept it. Jin with the rose, it's like he's keeping a secret, Suga I think it was his anger and destruction with the fire, Jimin is the water...i think his was a secret too but i cant remember, Jhope is a room with circus stuff because he was abandoned at a circus, Jungkook with the Creepy man, thats him accepting like the evil within him, and V with the flashing phone lights, he struggles with online stuff, the negativity it bring instead of ignoring it and living in the moment. They explain it's about staying true to yourself.

This song- Dynamite, broke the record and got 100.1 million views on TH-cam in 24 hours ! In fact, it has over 900 million views now, and it has only been out less than 7 months. And it is their 1st nomination for a Grammy.
As long as one is secure about themselves and give these guys a chance, they'll absolutely understand the hype and jump on board. There is no one else out there working harder to help the world laugh, heal, smile, cry and fight harder than these guys. It's no joke that they are saving people with every song they've ever released and I'm talking 200 or so legit possible life changing songs. Glad you decided to check them out :)
Also FYI, DNA is their most viewed video but I think if you ask anyone, DNA is no ones favourite song (despite it being a very great song) but I think it's now just getting watches to stay ahead in the views game lol....

Hi there, your channel popped just up at my start page, because i like to watch BTS Reactions, so i thought, why not. And it was really nice to watch! I will follow you in hope of more BTS Content to come. When you're into it, there is so much stuff, that you have material for a long long time 😊 I don't know, if someone wrote it in the comments, but the guys of BTS have their hands in everything they do. The songwriting, composition and production, for their last album even more, because they had the time for it (thanks to corona, this b*tch) but in general, they are not the typical KPop-Band, they make their stuff actually themselves and don't get it given from the label. Like BTS, their label is also a exceptional phenomenon in the KPop-World, and i don't think of them as only KPop anymore, because they are so much more then that...
Ok, as i don't want to write an assay, (even more, as i am from germany and english is not my native tongue...) i just wanted to say, it was fun to watch you fall straight down the rabbit hole of BTS and i hope there is more to come. Now i watch the Part Two of your reaction.💜💜💜 Oh, and if you want Recommendations, ON Kinetic Manifesto Film, Black Swan and Life goes on are their most resent videos and they are all awesome in their own way.
