Agreed, I owe my entire collection so far to them 😅 and a train show, they have been nothing but great, and I had some really good customer service when an engine didn’t work out of the box, First it would start so I sent it back to get fixed, and then after it still didn’t work for me I returned it for exactly what I paid for, great service for a first timer
I used posterboard,, in as close to "sky blue" as I could find. Took four sheet as they aren't very long ( 24 inch in length along an 8 foot layout) my hills don't look too bad, but didn't know a good way to do the clouds. I LOVE this idea for clouds and will have to keep it in mind for next time! Is my backdrop great? No, looks like an 8 year old did it. Is it better than the 1980s wood pallenling behind hung pictures? Absolutely!
Another great video, love to see you adventure in t trak module builds and can’t wait to see the next, a lot of TH-camrs forget about us limited space folks and love to run trains ,keep up the great work
Jimmy: Could you do a video on wiring for modules? I need some help. Also explain the over lap for the Kato unitrack or the use of spacer track. Thanks in advance.
Jimmy was being nice to you in his answer but I don't have to. Are you really that dumb that you think everyone who has a yt channel gets to pick their adds?? Wow.
@@cbirailroadI haven’t joined his Patreon but I’m guessing you can find the links for the videos directly on the patron and those probably won’t have ads. To be honest though, you’ve being a little dramatic.

The clouds came out really well. Might be worth watching a couple of Bob Ross episodes to get a feel for background mountains and colours.
The PBS series is good.
1 tip:
For sharper lines, work from the top. The paint will blow the stencil down, instead of blowing it up off the paper.
Thanks Jimmy
I'm expecting divided opinions on trainz, but they've done good by me. I found myself blown away with your technique! Thanks for the tip.
Trainz is good. I have bought a few things from them, no complaints.

Where did you find the bulletin board paper? Really like your cloud making techniques.
Wrinkles? Window cleaning squeegee or flat (not serrated) side of car ice cleaning tool. Or palm of hand.
👍👍👍
Please cease with the political ads or you will lose me Jimmy.
Unfortunately I do not have any control of what ads youtube runs before and during my videos. Otherwise I would turn off all political ads.

I just joined the $2 a month patreon membership, which is supposed to eliminate ads on your channel. Guess what? Still getting ads...
