Dont touch the actual bulb or it may burn and melt the connections. Replacement connector is around $13.00 at O'Reilly, part number SS3.

There's a plastic nut on the outermost wing of the headlamp. You can easily lose it if you forget that it's there! Those nuts are hard to find at most autopart stores.
And make sure you wear latex gloves when installing new bulbs. Thanks for your video! 🤗

BEFORE you put the bulb assembly back into the lamp, wipe the bulb clean with some alcohol and a clean paper towel. Finger oil will cause the bulb to fail! I did this for fun once...

Having trouble adjusting the headlights. Checked other videos and said there was a screw on the back of the assembly but having trouble locating it.
Yes it's should be on back of headlight assembly, hope you were able to get it fixed

How do you change or put the bulb back in on that year make and modle the middle bulb im assuming it's the fog light
Is this a Focus SE? I have considered possibly getting LED headlight bulbs on my 2018 Focus SE and I hope they have better brightness than standard light bulbs.

Too bad you didn't show reinstalling high beam bulb .. I was having trouble putting it back in and finally just pushed down hard on silver colored tabs on headlight assembly body .. I don't know if I broke it if I reinstalled it right way . Feels a lil loose . As you know it's got two silver colored tabs to maybe slide in ? but then it also has the middle tab and I thought just push in ..
You could put the bulb in and then slide the connector on
@@jasoncaine2600 actually very simple ha . oh well .. it goes in only one way . Lil tab can block it and just turn it around 180 degrees it'll go in . And yes putting in bulb in first then conector could be easier
@@jasoncaine2600 My 2016 Focus might have some electrical issues . Had to replace the low beam but then seemed for whatever reason had to replace turn signal one on same side . then replaced high beam on both sides . I finally had to re boot it I figured by disconnecting negative battery cable . That worked . Weird never had it happened with any vehicle before . And my horn only works when it wants to.. It only honks when I press it in very specific tiny area . sometimes . Yeah i guess coukd be something loose ..
Any idea what fitments the bulbs are in this one? because my dipped beam is H7 and my high beam is H1 and mines a 2018 ST-Line?

How do I change the daytime running light tube? I have a 2018
Is that the little led strip that turns on all the time? Because mine went out and the dealership told me you have to replace the whole assembly.
@@alexandro5616 Yes! they told me the exact same thing!
@@lancer717 sadly, I was told the same thing at Autozone when I asked the guy for the lightbulb. I took a hit and ordered it and it costs $1010 at the dealership. My brother works for ford and I was able to get it down to $500 but it was also getting water inside and yellowing so for me it seemed like a worthy replacement. If yours is just out with no other damage, it’s mostly cosmetic. I was able to pass Texas state inspection with that specific light being out. Sorry! I was bummed too. It just came in today hence me looking at how to replace the whole thing on TH-cam. Don’t want to pay more.
