    Ha! I visited that store a few times while living in TW last year during quarantine....I bought a folding bike for my daughter and I test rode a Rocker e-bike fat bike around Da'an park, the one you highlighted about the display...It is fun to ride! I imported that bike into the US....The owner is an older lady and the daughter is nicer regarding customer service...Surreal to see this back in Cali. Thanks for the vid.

    You have quite a big bike collection. You will have to think about selling a bike or two to fund Thuong's new Giant bike? I hope she can get the bike she likes in the future! That's a hard sad face to say, 'no' to. Thanks for the video!

    Great vid Cruise. The key for the e-bike is used to open the battery slot to charge and to lock it once you want to ride. It also releases it from the frame of the bike if you want to charge the battery off the bike. I was planning on getting one but I ended up getting a folding one single speed without the battery.

    Yes indeed. Still running on my original 2008 GIANT MTB fully refurbed and it is still going strong. I recommend KENDA hybrid kevlar tires for an ultra smooth ride. Regrease both axels with Bel Ray Waterproof Marine Grease for an extra smooth glide.

  • @alvin19391
    @alvin19391 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    The key is that you can lock the battery. It has nothing to do with starting the bike.
    And all to do with being able to park up your bike and not having to take the battery with you.
    It also has a second mode, quick-release function, not requiring the key. Which allows you to easily swap out the battery for another one, if you're doing an event.

    • @TwoWheelCruise

    I think it’s cool that she likes the Giant. I’ve always thought they should just use the Giant brand for men and women’s bikes. But they must have data that suggests Liv is worth sticking with. They should at least do a special edition Sunweb colour scheme liv bike.
