In case of love jihad case, when misguided girl is brought to court, attaining of 18 years of age is adequate to let the girl to take her own decision as per Indian judiciary. Judges are happy to let the girl with the boy. But in this case the judges appears to be saying that monkhood at 18 years is a crime.

If you are innocent there is no point in objecting the Police enquiry. Police has tobe empowered to enter and inquire into all religious institutions such as temples masjids and churches. Criminal activities are practiced in the religious places without impunity.
