If this is not a great reason to enact a law that everyone except the cops and a few licensed qualified folks leave their guns at home, i don't know what is. LET THE CRIME BE HAVING YOUR GUN OUTSIDE YOUR HOME, NOT EVEN USING IT. With a gun, a little anger deserving a yell or less result in death. People behave differently when they have guns, period! what a sad loss!

Turns out he was speeding to get to his girlfriend, driving recklessly, cutting people off & it's what caused someone to shoot in his car (CNN News) So this is actually be fully justified as driving this dangerous would have most certainly injured or killed other innocent motorists !!
