    馮师傅,如果做多D,可以放在冰格嗎,如放在冰格,是否要煎熟还是包好后生包放在冰格,因为包皮有发粉,会否影响D包皮发考呢。多谢。

      煎熟後放入冰箱再次翻熱來食,是不好吃的。
      生包放入冰箱弟日煎來吃也是不行。
      最好將包蒸熟後然後至冰
      要食時開冰後煎香兩面會比較好。但不是生煎包了。

      I bought it over 20 years ago at a warehouse sale. You can get these mixers at any department store nowadays

      @@PapaFungsKitchen Thanks, yours looks really sturdy and heavy duty. I've just bought one but the beater doesn't reach the bottom and couldn't even beat 4 egg whites.

      @@catherinechen8144 Sorry to hear about your mixer problem. Here are video links that might help with adjusting the beater and its maintenance. I used these methods to adjust my 30 year old Kitchenaid mixer. Hope these help.

      @@kayh4214 Thank you for the link. My stand mixer is not Kitchen Aid and there's no adjustment screw.
