VK didn T appear to lock out any of those presses. Irregular Strength is number 1, no quesrion, but there were several 700 pound benches like Hoornstra had at one time held world records in three weight divisions. Good to see TD made it as he should.

Watching this it appeared to me that James Henderson had the cleanest (no arched back or pushing deep from the legs) pure benching form.
