We have many communities throughout St. John’s County/St Augustine area that do not have a CDD fee, We have a ton of established communities as well that do NOT include a CDD fee. However in the communities where a CDD fee is present because of the type of amenities & lifestyle it offers there is no exemption.

I think you forgot to include impact fee on new houses.
