And into your question, we have a lot of areas outside of St Augustine the charming section of downtown St Augustine only takes up about 10 miles of the total area of St Augustine. St Augustine stretch as far as world, golf, village and past state Road 13 where you can find much bigger acreage. If you’re looking to purchase a home within the next six months to a year, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to go over what options are available with larger land options. Basically any area a little further inland; not near downtown.

There’s some options in North Jacksonville, as well as In Palm Coast you may want to search those areas for that price point. Single-family homes in the low 300,000 are only in certain areas of town not in St. John’s County other than Townhomes. Low 300 is a challenge in St Johns County unless you want a small townhome but Palm Coast and North Jacksonville will have a few options

Florida being a more tropical climate does come with its pros and cons, but I have never heard of people having issues with snakes coming into their home.
