Genshin Impact’s Controller support definitely improved my gaming experience, most especially when I’m using my mobile phone instead of a PC. Unboxing of Xbox Controller. My review? Definitely worth it.

@@thepurgypg3702 Native gamepad support is only available on iPhone. For some unknown reason Mihoyo decided to give the finger to android users so the only way to use a controller with android is to go through a third-party application to map the buttons on the screen.

one question, how to accept world requests on this? bc it says LS to accept but there's no LS on the controller :(
It’s the left stick, you could actually press it. When the requests pops up simply press the left stick. 😊

Make sure that it’s already turned on and connected to your phone, before starting the game. Hope this helps.

Hi I have a iPhone 12 Pro on the newest Update I tried using a Xbox controller for Genshin impact it’s connecting to Bluetooth but when I try to use it in game nothing happens
Did you go to settings on the game and switch touchscreen to controller?
Yes you need to switch it on the settings first

It's not available for Android. You might need to buy a controller that comes with mapping

How did you connect the Xbox controller my genshin doesn't detect mine
That happened to me when I connected the controller to my laptop. Try to reset your controller and then connect it to your phone. Hope this helps.

On the xbox controller webpage mac isn’t included. But, I’ve seen videos where they use it on mac.

When I posted this vid android still lacks controller support for Genshin. I’m not really sure on that one, but I do hope it’s supported now. Using a controller makes my Genshin experience more fun.
