I have Kenzo Amour and I love it! I don't really think they are similar. And yes I think the nutty scent you get might be from the heliotrope, such a beautiful scent. Kenzo Amour is rarely reviewed on fragrance channel I think. Thank you for this review 😊
I think the bottle is an abstract bird, like a crane a heron. I hear a lot of people say certain fragrances smell like Playdo. If you ever wondered why, Playdo is scented with vanilla and a little almond to give it a cake batter like smell.
I personally feel HP and Kenzo Amour are quite different.. kenzo also smells a little soapy and clean vs HP . I have both and I love kenzo for the day and HP for the nights.
Good day. I have loved Kenzo for years. I had the one in the white bottle. Kenzo flowers. Kenzo Parfum d’ete. One thing is that I never finish a bottle of Parfum. But a Kenzo I finished all of them. They are so nice and amazing. I still have the empty bottle. Love them❤️👍

Here in Sweden the Kenzo is not cheap so you might as well splurge and get something that have a great sillage of the h. poison edt. Have you tried Laura mercier Vanille gourmand? Amour and Hypnotic poison have been my all time favorites for 15 years. I get a lot of compliments from men when I wear Amour bu however, lots of compliments from women when I wear Hypnotic poison. The main difference is that Amour is more subtle and Poison is intense.
Valentino valentina poudre is also similar to Hypnotic Poison! I got both the Kenzo Amour and the Valentina Poudre recently. Kenzo is very rice milk creamy and lovely. They say is is the Almond notes in the Hypnotic that add to the play doh vibe...I actually think the lily of the valley adds to it as well. Valentina Poudre doesn't have almond, so it would be great to give the vibe of Hypnotic without the play doh.

I just received the purfume today. I was watching your video as I sprayed the purfume. I like this due to the rice note and milky creamy water sitting in rice. HP Dior is just to cloying for me. I’ll keep Kenzo since I had wanting to try this and it did not break the bank. I love milk and rice in purfumes so I went for it. It lighter and fresher on my skin then Dior. I don’t own Dior. I also got le labo 13 another and I really enjoy that one very much. I did a small haul for my birthday and 22 year anniversary. I got 3 different perfumes and my husband is going crazy about hypnotic poison he loves how it smells haha so I guess I'm keeping it. Definitely not buying it again tho
