Maybe unpopular opinion: Mr. Wexler isn't much better than Jeremy. The guy has a HISTORY of being inappropriate with co-workers, but it's only after he harassed Wexler's daughter that he decides to fire him? That says to me that he's willing to tolerate sexual harassment in his company so long as it's not affecting someone he cares about personally.
