This could have been a very teachable lesson for her. If you want to change her mindset and behavior give her second chance. This would not only showcase your compassion as a human being but also show her how mercy and kindness does not come from outward appearances but from the heart. With that being said, I would demote her from her position and allow her to work her way back up the ladder and prove that real change is possible.

For decades, I've been a consultant in hundreds of companies as a physicist. Being also active in electronics I often came to see the president or a high-ranking manager in working clothes and sometimes dirty. During the decades I have never seen anyone as stupid as in this video which is obviously exaggerated.

Yes, Nikki may be forgiven, but she needs not to be kept in that workplace because she spoiled her employment there by defeating her purpose by her rudeness to the visitor. He protected the integrity of her own appearance instead of the firm. Nikki would be fortunate to receive forgiveness from her recent employer if they recommend a satisfactory reference in pursuit of her next job. Otherwise, her last employer owes her not one single thing.
