Im about to get a 2010 c300 Sport. I'll have it in 2 days. It's Black with cream or tan leather. Beautiful car. It has 100,060 miles on it. I can't wait.
Hi !I know that it's a little late for the vid...but i would like to ask what kind of touch ups did you do to the exhaust? How much does it cost? And does it make a lot of noise inside the car?
Correct, Shift knob is used for manual shifting, most people don’t know, but if you press and hold shifter to the left (towards the -) it will skip all the gears in between and go to whatever the lowest possible gear is (for best acceleration). If you hold it to the right (towards +) it will skip all the gears in between and go back to whatever the highest gear is (lowest rpm/cruising). Very useful and makes you seem like a pro 😂
I owned it for about a year, didn’t really have any major issues with it. Just find one with a service history, if you don’t have a carfax, if it was dealer maintained it will be filled out in the maintenance booklet in the trunk.
I'm considering buying s used 2010 C300 sport AWD. Price point is around $11-12000 Canadian, sitting in good condition but with around 150,000km on it. From someone who knows these cars well what would your advice be on this purchase? Good or bad considering milage? What should I be prepared for in terms of maintenance and what should I be looking out for when I go to see it? Thanks @t
Just go and drive it. Mileage isn't really a big factor on these cars, just look at how well it was maintained. 2010 was a great year for the c300, and they also gave it some slight cosmetic upgrades and tweaks. As far as what to look out for, just listen for any rattles or creaks, there shouldn't really be anything, and if there's any lights on the dash (check engine, airbags, etc.) Just make sure you get the codes read so you know what the problems could be. I Hope I answered your question if you think of anything else just let me know. Good luck!
Hi derrick my name is Kevin and I am about to get the 2010 Mercedes Benz C300 4 matic red exterior and black interior with about 122208 miles on it. I really love the car, Please do you think it's a good buy and is there anything i should watch out for??? waiting for your responses
Most cars should come with a service record in the manual in the trunk. That will be a good indicator of the mechanical condition. Only things to look for are really minor things, such as the scroll wheel on the center console, as well as creaking front suspension around those miles (over speed bumps slowly) which is usually an inexpensive fix. Make sure that the transmission has been serviced at least one time, and if unsure, have that be one of the first things you have done. Transmission should shift smooth and effortless, and you should feel no jerks in between shifts (unless in extreme cold before car warms up). Let me know if you have any more questions!
I had it for a year and a half and the only issue I had was my air pump failed. Cost less than $100 to fix. Everything else was wear and tear items. Fantastic car. If you have any issues let me know I know quite a bit about these cars!
@@dcoonrod827 ok, thanks a lot. Do you sale or know where I can get the slightly used once or even slightly accidented one with a much reduce cost? If yes, you can drop ur mail ID for futher correspondence.
I just bought this same car today, does your temp usually go from 80-100 (I live in AZ and its always hot summers) and do you know if the aux works to play music or the bluetooth button play music or is it just for the phone calls
Yeah, 80-100 is normal on these cars, they like to run just a bit hot. Bluetooth would just be for phone calls, however depending on if you have command (slide up screen) or audio20 (fixed screen with sliding cover) you may have an aux port in the glovebox or a MMI (Mercedes Multimedia Input) interface. If you have aux, just get a 3.5mm to Bluetooth adapter. If you have the MMI interface, Tune2Air makes an adapter that is pretty seamless, I’ve used them in many Mercedes over the years. It’s pretty pricey (I think around $80 if I remember correctly) however it’s plug and play, no wires it’s powered off the MMI, and you can even control playback with steering wheel controls, etc.
106000 miles still looking like a mint condition, fresh almost like new. Just doesn't know how it drives cuz its a german car , not sure how reliable it is
Right now i had one for 3 years already. I got ir with 89k Miles and now is 120k. I drive a lot. Did a trans flush at 100k and spark and coils that's all. And normal maintenance. Car has been perfect comfy and sporty

Resonator delete, replaced with magnaflow x-pipe. I kept the original muffler.
Hello does the car have paddle shifters or buttons on the back of the steering wheel to shift?
Not the 2010. The shift knob can be pushed to the left and right in D mode to do "manual" shifting. To get out, shift to the highest gear.

Looming at a 2010 w 102k on it. How expensive is it to maintain?
Wondering the same the price for the car isn’t very high just the maintenance

I love this car...wish I could get it
Gob bless you with one very soon
Albert Nti Amen🙏 ...thank you very much
Good rundown, thanks!

Hi I have the same c300 4matic car but it won't start please help me
Any check engine light? Checked the battery? Does it turn over? Just start with the simple things.
looking at a similar one, with same amount of miles. What issues have you had with the car?

Is this car reliable?
How possible is it to convert (change) this 2010 to 2013 including the dash board?
Basically impossible, and definitely not worth the cost versus buying one slightly newer.
