Earlier this week I just finished the greenscreen and today new lighting came in. So this video is partly a transitional phase review of what is to come 🙏

This time I notice a lot more of attention to details which catch audience: blur backgrounds, transitions and better thumbnail all around. Great work!

After doing a green screen/chroma key, if you then desaturate green/ shift the hue values away from green in a new effect in most video editors it will get rid of the green light reflecting onto the subject.

HP killin it with this pro/business style Ryzen 7 notebook those temps and AC like battery performance is crazy. Nice use of green screen effects go Bob! Have to mention HPs transparency on test results is commendable especially if they have parity with BOAT results very impressive.

Thanks for the review. It would be interesting to see some more Benchmarks (CB R15, 3D Mark 11, PC Mark...) to see how this HP model performs compared to Lenovos T14 (T14s, P14s) with same Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U CPU. For Cinebench R20 its 3180 for HP and 3050 for T14s. It seems that regarding performance Elitebook 845 G7 might be doing quite good...

This series of HP lapopts delivers, I brought a ProBook, 13inch, 2 in 1, same processor as this laptop. Generally, this is a good laptop looking at it from almost any angle, battery is quite good, processor is great, way better than most of what you can find in the market, even compare against AMD, as this one is better than the 4700U. I get the model with the 1000 nits screen and sure view, and to be honest, it's not as bad as many people in other review is saying, you can activate and deactivate the feature, and with the lowest screen brigthness you can perfectly work. Build quality is great as well, all aluminum chasis. You may think that I work for HP, but this laptop is something series where crafted perfectly, no compromisses, even so, look at the pricess, and compare to other brands, this is such a deal. Bob, I can give you my results of the benchmarking if you need it hehe, just to compare.

I have a Probook 445 G7 based on the 4700U. Guys, this one is a sleeper. Yes it isn't as slim as the 845 G7. But what that extra space does get you beyond the 845 G7 is both primary nvme AND secondary mSATA slots, and arguably the best feature - dual heatpipes (instead of single on the 845 G7). My 445 G7 will happily run at 35 watts TDP sustained as a result (via Ryzen Controller). My 4700U will do a Cinebench R20 multi score of around 3225, roughly on par with the 4750u that powers the 845 G7.
I wonder if the 4750U in the 845 G7 you reviewed mirrors my experience on the 445 G7 in that HP limits the CPU temp to 80C (from what I saw in your gaming clip). This to keep the laptop quiet. Let me tell you, there's a lot of headroom left in the 4xx0u series APUs. Ryzen Controller will allow the max temp to be raised. I raised mine to 95C; that's how I got the 3225 R20 score.

Thanks Bob for the review. I'm eyeing their ProBook 400 and EliteBook 800 series AMD laptops for some time now. They are the only manufacturer, offering even their 13.3" 2-in-1 Business laptops like ProBook 435 x360 G7 and EliteBook 835 x360 G7 with 2 user upgradable memory slot for upto 64GB ram which is literally unheard of for any other vendors. I'm eyeing for the ProBook x360 435 G7 with 4750u, 16GB ram, 512GB SSD and 1000 nits Sure View display, around $1080 from Colamco. Any plan to review those 2-in-1 in your channel?

i have a Elitebook 8460p with a i5-2540M which i got for only 250 reals in 2015, (so maybe 1 dollar = 2,50 or 3 reals, almost free comparing to the current price) and this thing is kinda old but it is very good and i won't replace this notebook until it explodes or something.
My only complain about my notebook is that i can't use GPT with legacy bios and for some reason this notebook only boots from EFI if it is windows 7/10. I didn't figure out how to boot from EFI in linux, BSD and others OS so i'm kinda disappointed because of that because i'm really into linux now. With windows no matter if i had all drivers installed, the brightness Fn buttons wouldn't work so for me that's kinda annoying but at least i can play directX10 games and lower (and linux uses DXVK to play windows games through wine and intel HD graphics 3000 doesn't even have support for DX11 so vulkan is a distant dream)
just one more thing: the (inverted) rubber dome on the mouse nipple is very easy to loose, or it is just me and my sister who don't know how to keep it in place, she uses a HP elitebook 840 g3 with a i5-6300U because of the company she works in ( /with?)

@@BobOfAllTrades I've noticed this being an issue with Lenovo Ryzen offerings as well. I really wanted to upgrade from my X1 Carbon to a newer Ryzen offering but can't seem to find anything in stock with a good panel. T14s are being sold with 5+ week delivery time and long delays. Haven't seen a Yoga Slim 7 4800U 16GB in the states either. The Probook 445 G7 is OOS and has a smaller battery and isn't as premium. The Asus UM425IA has a 250-nit display as the option for 400-nit has never been seen.
