Bountiful is a hoe only reforge. When it comes to Farming Fortune Blessed will give you more Farming Fortune but it is only 10 more fortune max. Most high end farming players once they are max farming switchs to Bountifull on hoes for extra profit because they don't really lose crops and gain profits. 10 fortune isn't enought to lose an extra drop chance.
