Out of all the dogs, I worried about Lucy. She was at the top along with Xena. I don't think I have ever seen a dog so broken down in my life and I have had a life. When she wouldn't walk out of the car and when she wouldn't go for a walk with the pack I wondered if she was going to make it but I see now she will. Thank you for the updates it warms my heart.

Love how everyone seems to get along. Also, Lucy, now shes more integrated into the pack she seems to have a lovely calm energy... can only encourage the rest of the pups. Maeve seems to be really coming out her shell too, as well as Xena and Clyde. Will always have a soft spot for Roger, Hooch and Tony though. Such adorable souls!

Let’s bring attention to all these beautiful purebred dogs… All adopted & rescued at shelter’s. There’s so many of these animals that need forever homes. I’d love to see people checking with shelters first, before breeders & pet stores. Just food for thought. ❤️❤️

My son has just got a dog that was in a kill shelter in Croatia from a rescue team that saved him along with another 150 dogs and brought them over to England a few months ago. Before the shelter he must have lived on the streets as he didn’t know what it was to live indoors.
I could not imagine life without our new addition to our family our beloved “Frodo” ❤️🐕🦺

I think Lucy is my favourite, because when Lee went to feed her for the first time, she stood up like she thought he was going to yell abuse at her and she knew nothing else, it really hurt my heart but now to see her so relaxed around Lee is great to see.

Seeing a new video of the pup pups put a big smile on my face. I am so happy for Lucy she truly seems very content and happy. Seeing Tony always puts a smile on my face. I just love him so much. Such a sweet boy. All the dogs are amazing.
Lucy looks just like my Cassie, especially the soulful eyes and the curly-ish fur, it's really uncanny. She loves absolutely everybody and as soon as she hears any sort of "Hi" directed at her she just goes berserk. It brightens my day when I see her whining happily to see complete strangers and it DEFINITELY makes her day!

My foster fail was in his last year when I took a position in Oregon. He loves to explore and he loved bringing BIG sticks home after every hike. I loved hiking the PNW. In his 9th year he got sick but we got in a few more hikes. I have so many photos of him exploring the parks as you are where Lee/the pack hikes. These dogs are truly living their best lives!!!
I love the way she moves around. The poor pup is so comforting. She has some sadness behind her eyes it's just so noticeable.
It's so good to hear you are seeing the changes in her. I remember when you first got her. She was being used to have puppies so that a breeder could sell them. I know he attempted to reclaim her but something he saw got him to leave her alone and not take her. I think when Lucy saw him, and he left, and she's still with you, that moment had a huge impact on her. Difficult days ahead with the economy. I hope you do well and can weather it out. I had a friend who was recently in Oregon, and in your area. I wish there could have been a way for the 2 of you to have met. I think he would have done amazing things for you, but I understand your home is your sanctuary. I'm sure he'll find someone else to be good to. He's in his late 80's. He want to take care of things. He loves what you're doing. Both of you live a similar life stye.
I agree with you from the moment Lucy saw her previous owner and until now, she is still with Lee, It created a huge impact on her. She knows she is safe. I noticed her bond with Lee is stronger. She totally trusts him.

One would think by now that stepping in poop would be a fairly common occurrence, especially on the forest trails. Looks like Lucy is just as happy and content to be with you and the pack as you are all happy to have her there.

Oh Lucy! I've watched her story more than once. It makes me cry when I saw how much pain and sadness was in her eyes when you rescued her. The eyes are the window to her soul. Now, the joy, the happiness and the love are now in those eyes! It's beautiful and she's a beautiful little soul! You and your precious pack, you work miracles! Making the world a better place! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

My family has had golden retrievers my whole life. Seeing Lucy in your first video absolutely broke my heart because that's not how a golden is meant to look/act. I can see how far she's come now. It's like she's morphed in to the dog she was always meant to be

This guy is an angel. Lee, thank you for being you. I'm sad that she was not treated well. Why don't people understand that it's not healthy for a dog to have many litters? She was probably tired of being pregnant all the time and abused on top of that, so sad.
