Your information about the Raiders is wrong. They attack you if you aren't at least Neutral with them. You don't have to be Ally. Being Ally will allow you to access all the plans, but you only need to be neutral with them to deal with them, trade in treasury notes, buy plans, etc.

Find it funny that they doubled the amount to earn for notes for this weekend but there’s barely any events popping up for me.

if you go into an event area, you can sometimes trip them to start

Daily limits need doubling in general. The double weekends should be 4x what it is now. Far too time restrictive considering the bullion plan prices. Can get notes 10x faster than can ever spend them.

I traded in my treasury notes yesterday and today and I have yet to see it double and it's supposed to be double gold.

The double gold is how much you can exchange for treasury notes. Its normally 400 a day but for this weekend its 800 per day. @rizzyflours

What do I do if I have 1000+ treasury notes? Gonna take longer to trade them in than to get more.

Yeah you trade 40 everyday, just stack them since they have no weight. (Right now you can trade 80 per day for the event)

80 today, tomorrow, sunday and monday….40 rest of the days. Clear rest before end of the month.
