@@Mutebi2018 if the parliament was supervising the executive it would have been logic that he respects the parliament recommandations. Look he has appointed another anti corruption unit in URA while it is on record that this entity has no place in constitution, even the person who was appointed he was expelled from URA after being convicted., if he is supervised by parliament on many occasions the president was denied to appoint serving UPDF officers as ministers bse it not allowed in constitution but he ignored those recommendations
He absolutely does. One of the constitutional reforms that was proposed and is necessary to prevent things like these is to limit the President's powers. I expected NUP MPs to go Guns blazing about constitutional reforms. the fact that they have not tells that they have no idea HOW to bring about the changes they say they are after. 😂 instead they are in Central Region chanting "KUNGA"!!!
