I know Cheffe Ali. At school, O level, we used to call him Museveni. He disappeared together with Emmanuel Gisa (Fred Rwigyema) in 1976 to go to Tz and Mozambique. Cheffe Ali was not single eyed. He had squinty eyes (endari). I never expected Cheffe Ali to be of such a character. That was a shame to the NRA revolution.

It is indeed very unfortunate that Lt Sekitoleko kadogo who sacrificed his childhood life to bring peace to the country could be hunted down, harassed, tortured to in such a manner by his senior who should have have instead protected him. Such a level of injustice by a senior commander onto his junior to be allowed to happen by UPDF is a clear failure and betrayal by UPDF and its leadership. The evidence exists of these injustices and others as told by kadogos on these foras. Why doesn't UPDF leadership puck interest, investigate, and accord justice where it was denied? It is a clarion call to UPDF leadership not to simply ignore these cries by the kadogos.
