Because it's a real video of Saturn that isn't being hit with a ton of post-processing, color balancing or touch ups. It makes it feel more real, I think.. This is probably my favorite video on the internet, despite being 10 seconds long. I will never forget the feeling the first time I saw this, but I just keep coming back.

It's the fact that there are infinite number of galaxies and inside those galaxies are infinite number of planets, the whole thing makes my brain explode. And i believe 10000% there are civilizations all over the galaxy its just that everyone is at impossible distances away. I truly believe there are countless civilizations living their lives spread out trough the universe and what a wild thing it must be holy shit

Sorry to break it but if you were looking to see that it would have to be a space telescope a telescope on the ground could not see that😢 The most you would see with a Barlow and a high magnification eyepiece is smaller more like a ball with a disc around and some detail on the planet. Trust me though I thought the same I thought you could see that to when I first watched the video.

I believe this guy, I pointed my 500mm lens camera in a clear night sky and i saw exactly the same thing, with the ring tilted left at exactly that degree, i only see it as a small bright object though but exactly in the same shape as stated.
