I gotta get me one of those 3-ways, man. Great cook! Nice and simple. And thank you for NOT wrapping them in bacon. I"m 'bout tired of everything getting wrapped in bacon. In a FB group I'm in I asked for appetizer ideas that do NOT involve bacon and almost shut the whole thing down, lol! Keep killin' it bro.
New sub here. Your channel has to be brand new with the amount of subs you have right now. Your production is amazing and I will check the rest of your videos out!
Just grilled some shrimp this past weekend, and definitely had a problem trying to flip it on those little wooden skewers. That 3 Way may be the tool I didn't know I needed.
So glad I read this comment. Wanted to make them for my family today, but we have little kids. I know it’s suggested to make as is but can you think of a possible substitute for the Chile so my family can enjoy? Thanks!
@@rachelstreeter4264 use paprika instead. Removes the heat issue and still allows for great color to your shrimp. You should be super happy with the result : )
These were about 3 min total cook time over a high heat flame. Watch them closely though. Different lump wood burns hotter depending on the brand used. I don't use briquettes. I use lump wood. B&B to be exact and it can be found at Ace Hardware. Hope this helps :)
I never heard of Aleppo Chile flakes and I can't find flake salt so I guess I'll just use red crushed Chile flakes and coarse kosher salt other tan that I'll use the exact recipe
Depending on where you live. Any middle eastern specialty market will have them. You can also find flake salt at TJ Maxx of all places. lol. They carry very cool items in their edible section. Hope this helps. But, you would be totally fine with chili flakes. Just be mindful of course of how much you use.
Good observation :) You want to cook about :45 secs to a minute depending on how hot your fire is on each side. I find that the char and doneness are perfect with the level of heat I cook shrimp over. Hope this helps. :)

Delicious recipe! It was spicy 🌶 🥵 I had to neutralize with squeeze fresh lemon over the grilled shrimp. The marinade had a kick- so good!
Your compliment is so awesome, Selenne. Thank you so very much.

I knew to clip on your video first
3.5 minutes per side at what temp?
3 min worked perfectly
Medium to high heat over coals is what I prepare them over.
Like he said follow the recipe to the T and you will be happy only problem is he never said how long he cooked them and what kinda heat???!

@@GrillingSavant It says 3.5 minutes per side in the video though.
Looks like he's using charcoal and putting it on direct heat.
How do we order one?

O-re-ga-no 😂
hahahaha.
You said 9 inches and then three-way it back to back. Sorry I am immature.
Scammers don’t order
That's unfortunate. Were you taken care of?
