These can be so annoying & stressful, especially if you have authority issues, but if you're a company driver, ESPECIALLY for a lazy, cheap asshole, these dudes are your best friends. They lend authority to your protests to drive unsafe, broken down pieces of shit, or be pushed beyond your personal safe limits. This dude was awesome.

California is such a lovely state, and its government destroyed it; incredibly, any one lives there anymore. I had a company there for twenty years and left because the taxes and regulations cost 60% more than in other states. I moved the business out of the state and gave my employees a 35% pay increase. I had no idea how much they stole from businesses. I wished I had done it sooner. Get out before they pass the taxes. If you leave, they will tax you even when you are gone.
